SOFTREC G3, Software Receiver and Signal Analysis for GNSS Bands

In this paper, the concept of SDR, its use in modern GNSS, existing applications, and future developments are briefly reviewed. In particular, the focus is over the presentation of two complementary applications, both requiring SDR approach in order to obtain the required high degree of flexibility and adaptability. SoftRec receivers family consists essentially in two products line: the first is oriented towards real-time applications in the research contest regarding the development of a prototype fusing navigation and communication layers while the latter is oriented towards deep post-processing signal analysis.
