state feedback control problem is investigated using delta operator for discrete-time networks with state and input quantizations. A new model of network-based control with simultaneous consideration of network induced delays, data packet dropouts and measurement quantizations is proposed based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional in delta domain. The linear factional uncertainty is considered, it means that a less conservative result will be obtained than using norm-bounded parameter uncertainties.
