United access of distributed biological information database based on web service and multi-agent

The important significance of biological information resource for the development of bioinformatics is expounded, and the main approaches of biological information resources access are discussed, which include Internet Websites, Internet searching engine, Internet electronic journals and Internet biological information database. However, the difficulty of the united access of the distributed and heterogeneous biological information database is analyzed. The multi-agent is introduced to add the intelligence of the untied access system based on the analysis of the advantage of multi-agent, and an approach based on web service and multi-agent is presented. Finally, the simulation experiment interface is shown.
