A study and improvement on positive and negative relation of grey incidence model

By summarizing the existing grey incidence models, a new kind of calculating model is pointed out on the foundation of generalized variation coefficient. The new model reflected the positive and negative relation of grey incidence degree to some extent. At last, an example is given to prove the rationality and practicability.
