Robust engine speed control based on nonlinear Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems with time-delay

In this study, the engine speed control algorithm is developed. The system augmented method based on the local linearized dynamic internal combustion engine model is presented for design of feedback controller without steady-state error. For multi-operating points local linearization of engine model the Takagi—Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy models with time-delay are presented, and the stability conditions are derived using Lyapunov—Krasovskii approach.
