A Modification in the Single-Stage Wilkinson Power Divider to Obtain Wider Bandwidth

A new method for bandwidth enhancement of the Wilkinson power divider is proposed. To achieve this purpose, we added a stub and a transmission line to the traditional Wilkinson power divider structure. Compared with the former structure, the addition of stub and transmission line did not leave a significant change on the first structure and just the length of lambda/4 increased to about (lambda/4+0.08lambda).
