Combined method of a distribution network reconfiguration for power supply restoration

A combined supply restoration method that unites the competing scheme search processes on the basis of the graph research algorithm and the artificial neural network is offered. The neural network function in the self-learning mode under control of the generalised error vector is shown. The method and algorithm of vector definition are given.
