F5: Future of High-Speed Transceivers

This forum will cover the system challenges and circuit solutions needed to address the ever-increasing bandwidth requirements of chip-to-chip, board-to-board, and system-to-system communications. As electrical l/Os increase to >10 gigabit/sec and optical fiber systems to >40 gigabit/sec, the limits of process, circuit, and pack-age technologies will be approached requiring continuous innovation to build higher performance systems.
