Phase-Encrypted Secure Communication technique for GPONs

We present an FPGA-based physical layer phase-encryption technique suitable for applications in high speed passive optical networks. The macroscopic cryptography technique offers completely opaque communication over transoceanic distances, gigabit date rates and multiple wavelengths.
