Fully Differential Switched Capacitor Amplifier d.c. Common Mode Rejection vs. Capacitors Mismatch

This paper develops an analytical model for a standard topology fully differential switched capacitor amplifier (SCA), targeting the capacitors mismatch and differential gain value effects on the amplifier's d.c. common mode rejection. The amplifier was designed in a 0.6 mum process and the analytical model accuracy was compared with the simulation results.
