Microwave Imaging Using Spread Spectrum Modulation

An X-band Side Looking Airborne Radar is being developed and tested. It uses solid state electronics and phase modulated impulses. The first images show that rivers, lakes, buildings, roads, railroads and agricultural fields can be identified.
