Review of Millimeter Standards and New Trends in Procedures of Six-Port Reflectometer

First, brief a review of the millimeter standards, power-attenuation-noise and reflection coefficient, in use in the main national laboratories is made. Then a description of the six port reflectometers realized or under realization is performed. The main calibration procedures from the old ones, standards, to the most recent, TRL method, are compared. Finally the main calibration procedure are presented: self-calibration procedure, calculable standards.
