Complex Relative Permittivity Measurement in the Frequency Range of 30-110 GHz by Fabry-Perot Resonator Method

The relative permittivity, ε', and the dielectric loss tangent, tanδ, of ceramics were measured in the frequency range of 30-110 GHz by Fabry-Perot resonator method. The measurement error of ε'was ± 0.5% and that of tanδ was 1×10-5.
