This paper makes use of value analysis and vector analysis methods to investigate the sufficient condition for a corporation to obtain its competitive advantages. Value innovation is a search of new value combination and the corporation capability that satisfies the value innovation needs is capabilities bundle, they both can be expressed as value vectors in a three-dimensional value space. The dynamic match of value fix vectors and capabilities bundle value vector is the sufficient condition to obtain and maintain a corporation's competitive advantages, and this dynamic match could be achieved by adjusting the corporation capabilities bundle and value combination
