Simulation Study on Container Terminal Performance

An elaborate simulator was proposed about the logistics activities related to the arrival, berthing and departure of vessels in container terminal (CT) for designers and decision-makers to evaluate CT size in terms of berths and quay-cranes and its current performance. The simulator mainly includes simulation scenario generator, berth and quay-crane assignment simulation as well as input and output data planning.
