Combining Clusters for Business Continuity

Events such as the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks and the natural disasters of the 2004 tsunami and the floods in New Orleans have brought an awareness of the risks associated with large-scale disasters, which can damage or destroy equipment at single sites and over many tens of kilometres or more.
