Evaluation of three adaptive control procedures for multiple drug infusion

This paper compares the utilization of three different adaptive controllers for the adjustment of dopamine and nitroprusside infusion in order to control cardiac output and systemic vascular resistance. Algorithms include indirect pole placement, direct model reference, and indirect optimization based procedures.
