Eclectic radar signal processing via artificial intelligence

This paper examines the evolution of HF radar signal processing in terms of the ever-increasing range of signal decomposition options, both algorithmic and paradigmatic. A processing regime embodying a knowledge-based system is proposed as a means of effecting real-time selection and control of signal analysis procedures.<
