Linearized analysis of an electropneumatic servovalve/long pneumatic actuator assembly using bond graph

The aim of this paper is to analyze the structural properties of an electropneumatic servovalve/long pneumatic actuator assembly by using a bond graph representation. This analysis is based on a linearized distributed model which is able to take into account the transmission line effect of the chambers in the cylinder.<
