Experience with ABC (aerial bundled conductors)

The authors review the background, policy, construction and experience of overhead power lines using low and high voltage aerial bundled conductors (ABC) within a regional electricity company. The Company has installed a high voltage ABC scheme in the New Forest to gain experience with this type of line. This is discussed in some detail.<
