Occam channels and Kernel Linda

Occam and Kernel Linda, a modified version of Linda, are compared as tools for parallel processing. Kernel Linda is a set of commands devised to supplement an existing language to provide parallel programming ability. Occam is used extensively to implement language to provide similar ability.
