Discrete-time nonlinear system stability

In contrast to BIBO stability for linear systems, nonlinear systems require specific restrictions on the input as well as the initial conditions. It is proved that nontrivial restrictions exist. A constructive method for finding the input and state-space restrictions that guarantee stable operation of nonlinear systems is developed.<
