Cosmological implications of a massive neutrino

The Alfven cosmic plasma model of the Universe is shown to be consistent with the cosmic background radiation, which is taken to be the radiation from neutrino-antineutrino annihilation. The mass of the neutrino is found to be 6.2*10/sup -4/ eV, which is consistent with other experimental observations.<
