Diversity in the workplace of the future is no longer an option

In a recent article in The Utne Reader, A. Kimbrell noted that men have begun to realize they are unable to relate to one another, or understand how some men have exploited others, until they begin to appreciate the extent and nature of their own dispossessed predicament. This turn of events in the workplace, which tips past patterns on end, affords a unique opportunity to modify the political, economic, and social patterns responsible for racial, ethnic, and gender exploitations which negatively impact all of us to some degree or other. The author explores options for creating flexible, inclusive, and collaborative working environments that value diversity in the marketplace.<
