It goes without saying that piezo-electric quartz oscillators are very satisfactory in their stability of frequency, but their frequencies are obviously somewhat influenced by several factors associated with the circuits. Starting from the Barkhausen equation their behavior could be almost completely explained together with their amplitudes of oscillations.
