A three-level voltage source inverter controlled by means of a hysteresis-band current strategy, driving a synchronous machine

This paper shows the development and experimental results of a diode-clamped three-level converter driving a synchronous machine, connected to the network. A double hysteresis-band current control strategy has been used to control the power converters and a three-level converter prototype has been developed in order to test this strategy.
