TRIGA: telecommunications protocol processing subsystem using reconfigurable interoperable gate arrays

We present the telecommunications protocol processing subsystem using reconfigurable interoperable gate arrays (TRIGA), a novel approach that unifies fault tolerance and inter-planetary communication protocol offloading to implement CCSDS file delivery protocol and datalink layers.
