Hyper Sound Amplification

In this report, two basic mechanisms of the amplification of acoustic-electromagnetic waves are analyzed. The first mechanism is similar to mechanism of traveling wave tube in different materials due to piezo-effect, deformation potential and electrostriction. We analyze the second mechanism, which is due to the Gunn effect and the negative differential mobility in GaAs. We show device schemes for its use like filters, delay lines etc., in communication and control systems. It is demonstrated that this amplification is adequate for the obtaining of active filters and delay line so as it is strong. Other mechanism to obtain amplification is named deformation potential
