The Application of Chinese Speed Measurement Algorithm in Rehabilitation

Language speed is an index of one's speech expression ability and important parameter to evaluate whether or not the language disorders speech is fluent. In this paper, a method of measuring language speed based on voice is proposed, and a training system of language speed is designed. Good effect is gained in clinic application
