Diagonally perturbed incomplete Cholesky preconditioned CG method for A-V formulation of FEM

In this paper, an A-V formulation employing edge-based finite elements for the vector potential A and node shape functions for the scalar potential V is utilized, and a diagonally perturbed incomplete Cholesky preconditioning scheme is applied to the conjugate gradient method (CG) for solving this large sparse A-V finite element system of equations.
