All-optical multiple logic gates using parallel SOA-MZI structures

We have proposed and experimentally demonstrated all-optical multiple logic gates with XOR, NOR, OR, and NAND functions using SOA-MZI structures that enable simultaneous operations of various logic functions with high ER at high speed.
