The regional system of monitoring power quality parameters in real time

The territorial system /spl Lt/PRORYV/spl Gt/ for technical control of electrical power quality parameters in real-time mode is described in this article. Some of the specified digital measuring devices together with measuring power quality are able to monitor the general parameters of electric power with the purpose of defining individual consumers' affect on power quality in the common connection point for several consumers according to RD 153-34.0-15.501-2002.
