More analysis applications for Golub's algorithms

The purpose of this work is to improve the method by which a computer responds to numerical error in a general-purpose program for solving linear equations. In order to avoid the usual "interrupt" response, a digital version of "conservation of power" will be imposed. Conservation of power can be imposed by a simple iteration similar to the one proposed by Golub to improve the accuracy of his least squares algorithm. This iterative approach would refine the computer's response to serious error without degrading computational efficiency.
