Minimal realization of a class of time-varying dynamical systems

An algorithm for the irreducible realization of a class of time-varying systems is proposed. The procedure results in a Jordon canonical form minimal realization. This class of time-varying systems has been of recent interest in the study of linear time-varying systems.
