Frame concealment for H.264/AVC decoders

We propose a novel technique for H.264/AVC video decoders, to perform the concealment of a whole frame in case of loss due to network errors. The application scenario is low resolution video streaming over a packed-switched network, in which an entire coded frame can typically fit the packet size.
