Security mechanisms and security analysis: hotspot WLANs and inter-operator roaming

This work presents a security analysis of public hotspot WLAN and inter-operator roaming, some security threats of user authentication and access control methods for hotspot WLANs, like the universal access method, IEEE 802.1X, (U)SIM, etc. are identified and studied.
