Dictionary model for the analysis of E. Coli promoter regions

We illustrate the application of the dictionary model to a problem of data analysis concerning E. Coli: the estimation of the location of binding sites in the genome of a collection of known regulatory proteins. We also describe a more general model that simultaneously analyzes gene expression array and sequence data.
