Bounds on the capacity of a flat fading Gaussian channel with side information at the transmitter

We present bounds on the capacity of a flat fading discrete-time Gaussian channel with noncausal, ideal channel state information available to the transmitter. The signalling over the channel is average-power constrained. The fading statistics considered are binary fading and Rayleigh fading.
