Standardization of the return path characteristics of the perspective cable TV networks

Considered in this paper are the parameters of the return path of interactive networks, values of these parameters and the methods of their measurement. The requirements concerning the Russian standard of return path project developed within the scope of the TACIS/BISTRO project are submitted.
