A note on the generalized test for discrete system stability

The purpose of this paper is to prove that the algorithms proposed in [1]-[6] to obtain the root distribution of the polynomial with real coefficients with respect to the unit circle are equivalent to one proposed in [14], [15] and they have the same degree of complexity.
