Hadamard transforms of some specially shuffled signals

Changes in the Hadamard transform of a vector are investigated under two conditions: 1) shifting the elements of the vector cyclically for 2

places and 2) interchanging any two elements of the vector. The two-dimensional case is also investigated including shifting and interchanging of rows or columns.
