Finite element analysis of a waveguide filter

The implementation of a vector element FEM code in MATLAB using brick elements is discussed. The code is designed for waveguide analysis, and it is used to analyze a waveguide filter. The results of this FEM code are compared to measurements and results obtained with an independent FEM code.
