Evolution equation for near-field thermal radio emission

The simultaneous solution of the equations of near-field thermal emission formation and thermal conductivity has been obtained and the expression relating the temperature profile of half-space with the measured thermal radio emission (effective brightness temperature) have also been derived. Example of its application in the process of water surface heating is presented.
