Invariance of a strict Hurwitz property for uncertain polynomials with dependent coefficients

This note is concerned with the invariance of strict Hurwitz property for uncertain polynomials having dependent coefficients. A feasible test criterion is provided which reduces the conservatism of the Kharitonov theorem.
