A note on feedback stabilization of a differential-difference system

Sufficient conditions for linear constant differential-difference systems to be memory-less stabilizable are derived. The proof is constructive in that an easily computable stabilizing feedback control law is obtained. The results in this note are stronger than some stabilization results in [1], [2], and [4].
