Explicit solution of the Lyapunov-matrix equation

An explicit solution for the matrix equation

is developed. The solution is presented in the form of a summation of
n
matrices. Each term in the summation is a function of the matrices
Q
and
A
as well as elements of the Schwarz form.
A
numerical example is considered to illustrate the method of solution.
