Frequency domain stability criteria--Part II

In Part I of this paper a detailed analysis was made of the type of information Popov's Theorem gives about the stability of a closed-loop system containing a single instantaneous nonlinearity, and a new stability theorem, useful when the nonlinearity is monotone, was given.
