Research on New Energy Vehicle Use Scenario Based on BTM Improved Clustering Algorithm Model

A new energy vehicle usage scenario generation method based on BTM improved clustering algorithm model was established, and the operating cost of new energy vehicles was solved. This project aims at the scenario of high proportion of new energy access to study the coordinated operation of scenery and new energy vehicles. Firstly, based on the study of the operating mechanism of electric vehicle, the model of unordered charging of electric vehicle is established by Monte Carlo simulation method. Secondly, based on the wind power forecast data, BTM and modified clustering method, the daily eigenvalue segmentation model of wind power is constructed. Taking the minimum of equivalent load variance and load tracking factor as the dual optimization objectives, a mathematical model of coordinated operation of wind-new energy vehicles was established. NSGA-II method is used to solve it. The research results will help to improve the matching degree between wind power, photovoltaic power generation and load. We reduce the volatility of the equivalent load of the grid. At the same time, the electric vehicles and other uncertain factors are on the power grid.
