Plaintiff's Win Rate in Administrative Proceedings Based on “China Judgment Online”

Based on written judgments of administrative cases manually collected from "China Judgment Online", the "Microscopic Data Set of Maoming Municipality Administrative Proceedings for 2016" is built to empirically study the influence of the defendant's administrative level on the plaintiff's win rate, verify the correlation between the plaintiff's win rate and the defendant's administrative level in administrative cases happening in Mainland China, and further examine whether the phenomenon of administrative intervention in the judiciary indeed exists in the court's case trial.
