Predicting the film box office will help the cinema's film arrangement and can also provide reference for investors. The year of 2017 is a milestone in the history of Chinese film. This paper analyses the data from147 films that obtained higher box office in 2017. The selected indicators include the premiere box office, 360 index, days of film Screening, ratings on movie.Douban.com, etc. Finally, we take factor analysis and linear regression to predict and analyze film box office.
